The shipping costs are €3.50 to addresses within The Netherlands and are €5.50 for international shipping.
I will do my best to ship the cards within 3 business days. Your order will be shipped with the regular mail (PostNL) so there is no track-and-trace or insurance of the order. If something went wrong with shipping your order please contact me via firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can find a solution.
Delivery within The Netherlands takes around 2 to 5 days and within Europe up to two weeks. At the moment delivery might take longer due to Covid-19.
You can pay with Ideal and Paypal.
Refunds and exchanges
I do my very best to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. If there is any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please let me know! Contact me within 14 days after receiving your order via email@example.com so we can find a solution. If you decide to send the items back, return them in their original state. The return shipping costs are for the buyer.
Wrong item received
If you received the wrong item, please get in touch with me. Please send me a photo of how you received your order together with your order number so I can resolve the issue.
Unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for the way postal services treat their mail. The cards will be shipped in sturdy cardboard envelopes to protect them, but I cannot control how the person delivering the post handles it. In case of damage, do feel free to send me an e-mail as I want you to be happy with your order, so I will try and find a way to make it up to you.
